The King of Balkan Main Event officially got underway at Apollonia Hotel & Casino with a special opening flight featuring a €250 special buy-in.
The Main Event Special Edition attracted 159 total registrations, consisting of 105 entries and 54 re-entries, generating €35,775 for the prize pool from the very first flight.
With the Main Event now underway, the battle has officially begun for what promises to be one of the highlights of the King of Balkan Festival.
21 Players Secure Their Place in Day 2
As with the other qualifying flights, 13% of the field advanced, meaning 21 players successfully booked their seats in Saturday’s Day 2.
And they have already achieved their first goal: all 21 qualifiers have secured the mini cash.
At the top of the counts is G.T., who finished the flight with an impressive 2,800,000 chips, followed by Krenar Dervishi with 2,320,000.
