The €350 BPC Main Event at the Apollonia Poker Room has officially smashed its €220,000 guarantee, with one final starting flight still remaining.
After the completion of Day 1D and Day 1E Turbo, the tournament has reached 814 total registrations (558 entries + 256 re-entries), with the prize pool already standing at €245,375+.
So far, 105 players have secured a place in Day 2 ITM, meaning every player advancing from the starting flights is already guaranteed a payout.
And the numbers are not final yet. The last opportunity to join the action comes on Saturday morning with the Day 1F Hyper, before Day 2 gets underway later in the afternoon.

Boyan Toshev Tops a Huge Day 1D
Day 1D produced the biggest field of the regular starting flights so far, recording 263 registrations (170 entries + 93 re-entries) and sending another 34 players through to Day 2 ITM.
The flight ended with Boyan Toshev at the top of the counts after bagging an impressive 2,165,000, while Leonidas Georgopoulos finished second with 1,855,000 and “Desperado” followed closely behind with 1,820,000.
The bubble proved considerably longer than in the previous flights, with several short stacks finding doubles and even a split pot with pocket eights against pocket eights extending the hand-for-hand action.
Eventually, Alexandros Lamprou became the Day 1D bubble in 35th place. His K-J picked up additional outs on the flop but failed to improve against Miroslav Kolev’s pocket nines. Lamprou was awarded a free ticket to the next BPC Main Event.

Xhuljo Agolli Leads the Day 1E Turbo Qualifiers
The Day 1E Turbo added another 115 registrations (76 entries + 39 re-entries) to the Main Event field, with 15 players advancing to Day 2 ITM.
Xhuljo Agolli dominated the final counts with 2,140,000, comfortably ahead of Aleksandar Kosarovski on 1,345,000 and Goran Roshkoski with 1,155,000.
Stelios Drosos finished on the bubble of the Turbo flight and received a ticket to the next BPC Main Event.

Qualified Players Can Still Chase a Bigger Stack
Players who have already qualified for Day 2 are still allowed to enter the remaining Day 1 flight.
Should a player qualify more than once, only their biggest stack will be carried forward to Day 2. This gives already-qualified players one final opportunity to improve their position in Saturday morning’s Hyper flight.
